1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
3. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries outside [Singapore]. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery progress.
5. Shipping Issues
- Please ensure that all shipping details are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or undeliverable packages.
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at phinix.store@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available for orders over RM250.00 within Malaysia.
